XCM Solutions Announces Availability of XCMessential

New Product Offers Sole Practitioners and Small Firms and Affordable, Easy-to-Use Paperless Workflow Solution


Braintree, MA – May 19, 2009 – XCM Solutions, LLC, the pioneer in delivering paperless workflow solutions to the accounting profession, today announced the availability of XCMessential, a streamlined version of its award-winning workflow management software offered as an affordable monthly service to sole practitioners and small firms. The product is designed for small accounting practices in two versions, XCMessential and XCMessential Plus - both of which offer an easy upgrade path to the full version of XCM™ to meet the needs of growing firms.

XCMessential is designed for one to five person firms with one practice area, and is offered at $95 per month. XCMessential Plus is designed for firms with six to 10 people or that have two practice areas, and is offered at $150 per month. Firms may choose among four workflow categories, which include Tax, Bookkeeping/Accounting, Financial, or Other (for proposals, HR, etc.), to suit their particular practice area(s). Both solutions are available for purchase on the XCMessential Web site (www.xcmessential.com) and require a one-time $500 fee that covers all setup, training, and support services. XCM Solutions is inviting practitioners to evaluate the software's advantages prior to purchase with a free 30-day trial.

XCMessential and XCMessential Plus are web-based software delivered affordably as a service, also known as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), which means that users can access their work securely at anytime from anywhere.
