Teamwork
Unlike other outsourcing models where up to hundreds of overseas preparers work independently on returns as they receive them, the Xpitax system features preparation teams. We believe that a team approach is the only way to achieve true continuity-- the same continuity that is expected when tax returns are processed in-house. Xpitax clients are assigned one or two teams, depending on the volume of returns. Each team consists of a supervising chartered accountant and three staff members. Your overseas team remains consistent throughout the tax season, resulting in a better understanding of workload and work styles.
