Erika is responsible for Xpitax’s marketing and alliances strategies. She is a seasoned marketing professional who has implemented marketing and communications programs for high technology companies for more than 15 years. She also works closely with both the Sales and Client Services groups to advance the company’s position in the accounting software market and to ensure high user satisfaction with Xpitax’s outsourcing services.
Erika is a results-oriented professional with broad experience in all aspects of marketing, including strategic messaging, branding, public relations, alliances, product marketing, lead generation, advertising, events planning, and promotional writing and design. Prior to joining Xpitax in 2007, she planned and executed marketing and business development initiatives for a private healthcare information technology company, serving as Marketing Director at Psyche Systems Inc. She began her career at Lois Paul & Partners, a leading national strategic communications agency, where she managed communications programs for companies in the software, consulting services, and telecommunications industries, including IBM Lotus, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Motorola.
Erika earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from Boston College, and has been a member of the Boston College Technology Council since it was established in 2001.
