Previously, he was president and a founding shareholder of KAF Financial Group and has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax services.

Glen Keenan, CPA

President

Glen Keenan is the President of Xpitax. He has extensive experience in public accounting, having worked at the Boston Office of Deloitte & Touche for almost a decade.

Ritti Jarg

CEO and Director, Xpitax India – New Delhi

Ritti Jarg is an Operations Expert and has been responsible for multiple process innovations, processes migration, and the development of new Operations Centers in several countries including India. She is a certified leadership trainer and a specialist in the introduction of new technologies.

Chief Technology Officer

Gary has over 25 years experience designing and supporting network infrastructures. Involved with Windows NT, Active Directory, SMS, SQL Server, and Exchange since their beta development versions, Gary's experience with Microsoft technologies is extensive.

Shanker Subramanian is a Chartered Accountant with over 29 years of experience in various fields of tax and accounting work in India and abroad.

Shishir Shah, CPA

Director, Outsourcing Operations

Shishir Shah, CPA, is the director of outsourcing operations for Xpitax, LLC providing cross-team coordination for all tax and accounting work. He has over 10 years of experience managing teams in both public accounting and corporate settings.
